Purpose of processing and legal basis
We process personal data in accordance with the provisions of the EU Data Protection Regulation (EU-DSGVO) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) in the currently valid version for the purpose of establishing, implementing and terminating your employment relationship and for the preparation of company documents, reports or similar.

Who gets my data?
Within our company we receive employee access to that data which they require to fulfill their operational tasks. As well as vicarious agents may receive data for the aforementioned purposes. These are also companies and service providers in the areas of IT services, tax advice, legal advice.
According to legal requirements we are obliged to transmit selected data, among others to statutory health insurances, social insurances, professional associations, professional chambers, supervisory authorities and tax offices.
Other data recipients may be those jobs for which you have given us your consent to transfer data or to which we are authorized to transfer personal data based on the balance of interests.
How long was my data stored?
When storing your personal data, we are guided by requirements for the fulfillment of our contractual and legal obligations. If your data is no longer required for the fulfillment of contractual or legal requirements (including tax retention obligations), it is regularly deleted.

Is there an obligation to provide data?
As part of the application process or the conclusion and execution of an employment contract, you must provide those personal data that are required for the commencement, execution and termination of the employment relationship and for the fulfillment of the associated contractual obligations. Without this data, we are generally not in a position to establish, perform or terminate an employment relationship.
Information about your right to object according to Art. 21 EU-DSGVO
If you have given us consent to process personal data (Art. 6 (1a) EU GDPR), you may revoke this consent at any time. This also applies to declarations of consent that were given before the EU GDPR came into force, i.e. before May 25, 2018. Please note that the revocation is only effective for the future, so a retroactive revocation is not possible.
You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you which is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1f) EU-DSGVO (balancing of interests).
If you object, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims.
