🚀 Your application at Bilendo

👟 All steps at a glance:
If you have found an interesting job vacancy, you can send your application through our job portal. It usually takes 1 - 2 weeks until you receive feedback on your documents from us.

📞 Were you contacted by us through a recruiter? Then, as a first step, we usually do a short phone call in which you can ask any questions about Bilendo and/or the position. Afterwards, we look forward to receiving your application which will be forwarded to the specialist department.

🗣 For communicating with us you can choose between German or English. Just let us know prior to or during the interview which language you prefer - we are flexible.

The first interview takes place in the form of a video call individually with HR, the hiring manager or HR and hiring manager together. The goal is to get a first impression of each other and also talk about both sides’ expectations. Furthermore, we would like to give you a realistic preview of your role and working at Bilendo. At the same time we will go into more detail about the position. It is not necessary for you to prepare anything. Just be yourself.
Duration: approx. 1 hour

The second step is a video call with the hiring manager. It is a good opportunity to ask further questions and learn more about your tasks and responsibilities. Depending on the position, a case study might be prepared. For the vacancies in IT there is always a code review (not a test, more of a technical discussion).
Duration: approx. 1,5 - 2 hours

After you have been able to get a comprehensive impression of Bilendo and the position, we would like you to meet your colleagues. There is no agenda for the meeting. Both sides have the opportunity to get to know each other. We appreciate your honest feedback afterwards.
Duration: 20 - 30 Min.

🤝 If we've found a mutual connection, we will make you an offer. Of course we hope that you do not have to think about it too long but we will give each applicant at least two days to make a decision.
